1 Hilshire brand Polska Kielbasa
6 Hungarian wax peppers or Cuban peppers
1 onion, minced
1 red or green bell pepper
3 medium ripe tomatoes
2 fresh garlic cloves, minced
Paprika, to taste
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Add enough oil to a large pot to coat the bottom and heat on stovetop until hot. Place onions in the pot over a small-medium size heat and begin to saute. Cut the kielbasa into small pieces and add to the onions in the pot. Slice up both types of peppers and add to the pot - continue stirring. Cut up tomatoes into small pieces and add to pot, continuing to stir. Add 3 cups of water as well as garlic and spices; reduce heat and stir. Simmer for at least 30 minutes, uncovered, stirring occasionally.

Serve in a bowl with bread, preferably rye.
