Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 lb Italian sausage
12 oz ricotta cheese
15 oz 4 cheese alfredo (1 bottle of Classico)
1 pkg frozen spinach (thawed & drained)
1 T Italian seasoning
4 T pesto
24 oz shredded mozzarella
5 c marinara, separated
4 oz Parmesan cheese (4 oz)
parsley
1½ boxes lasagna noodles (oven ready / no boil)

Directions:
Directions:
Red Meat Sauce:

Brown and drain ground beef and sausage. Add Marinara sauce (3 cups) to make bolognese.

White Sauce:

Combine spinach, ricotta, 4 cheese alfredo, Italian seasoning, pesto, parsley. Wash out Alfredo jar & add to sauce. (That extra liquid helps the noodles cook in the oven.)

Assemble:

Butter bottom and sides of lasagna pan.
Spoon small amount of marinara on bottom. Very thin layer.
Then add layers in the following order: noodles, ½ of red meat sauce, noodles, ½ of white sauce, mozzarella, noodles, remaining red meat sauce, noodles, remaining white sauce, mozzarella, noodles, marinara, and top with Parmesan and mozzarella cheese.

Cover with foil and cook 45 minutes on 375º, then uncover and cook 15 minutes to brown cheese. Cool 10 minutes, then cut and serve with more cheese and marinara.

*Substitute one layer of noodles with a layer of thinly sliced eggplant parboiled for 1 minute or summer squash that has been quick sauted.
