2-12 oz cans chicken breast, drained.
1-8 oz brick cream cheese
1/3 cup Texas Pete Buffalo Sauce (season to taste)
16 oz bottle Ranch Dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Melt cream cheese and Ranch dressing in saucepan.
Drain chicken and mix in Texas Pete sauce. In baking dish layer the chicken/Texas Pete mixture on the bottom. Then add in the cream cheese/Ranch mixture. Put a layer of diced celery next. Top with 1 cup of shredded montery jack/cheddar cheese. Bake for 20-30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with celery and Frito scoops.

** do not let the cheese brown**

Texas Pete sauce can be reduced or added to each family's liking.

This is a great dish to prepare ahead and just heat when ready. The more diced celery you add, the less spicy it is.
