Directions:Drain tins of chunk light tuna in water. In one bowl with tuna add Asian Sesame dressing and finely chopped bamboo shoots. In another add Russian dressing with some Broccoli Slaw (chop finer than how it comes out of pkg) Mix to desired taste. Chop some lettuce quite fine and add to mixture if desired. Using an opposite color wrap spread filling making sure to add mayo with finger at the very end of wrap for it to stick. Roll quite tight and continue with others. Place in a fairly large plastic container seam side down and place a damp cloth overtop. Refrigerate for a short time. Then slice in 1 inch pieces, and alternate according to colored wraps and fillings on platter. |

Notes: Be creative with colored wraps and fillings. I like to do this because I find tuna is normally dry and will absorb and take on different flavors. For a dessert wrap, use ricotta cheese mixed with a flavored greek yogurt. This is always a hit at a potluck lunch with the ladies. Of course everyone loves egg salad and salmon fillings.
