3-8 oz cream cheese
4 eggs
1 c sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 ¾ c Graham crumbs
¼ c melted butter
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 c sour cream
¾ c sugar

Raspberry Topping:
2 pkg frozen raspberries (drained but reserve the juice)
1 ½ tbsp corn starch
¼ c raspberry juice

Directions:
Directions:
Whip the cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla together for 20 minutes. Mix the crumbs, butter and brown sugar together and press in a spring form pan. Pour in filling. Bake at 325 F for 45-50 minutes. (cake must be cracked at the top to be fully cooked) Cool for ½ hr. Whip sour cream and sugar for 10 minutes. Cover cooled cake. Bake for 10 minutes at 400F.

Raspberry Topping
Mix cornstarch with juice. Then add remaining juice. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Cool. Add raspberries.
