4 ½ cup lukewarm potato water
1 cup mashed potatoes
½ cup sugar
3 eggs beaten
¾ cup oil
4 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the above liquid ingredients. In 2 cups of flour, add 2 tbsp Fast Rising Yeast. Add liquid ingredients. Stir 2 min. Work in 7 – 9 cups of flour. Knead well. Let rise for 15 min. Punch down. Repeat the rise and punch 3 times. Shape into buns. Let rise until double in size. Bake for 20 min. at 350 F.
