3 cups unbleached flour
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. salt
½ cup margarine
1 cup buttermilk or sour cream
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients. Cut in cold margarine. Add buttermilk and eggs. Stir until just mixed. Do not over stir. Dough will be sticky. Roll or pat out. Fold dough into 1/3s. Repeat this rolling and folding 5 times. Pat into ¾ “ thickness. Cut into shapes and place on greased baking sheet. Bake at 425 F for 12 minutes.
