1 c. butter
4 squares (oz.) unsweetened chocolate
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1-1/2 c. flour
1 c. nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan, melt butter and chocolate over low heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in sugar, eggs and vanilla. Using a spoon, lightly beat just until combined. Gradually stir in flour and nuts.

Spread batter into a greased 9x13 baking pan. Bake in a 350 F. oven for 25-30 minutes. Cool in pan on a wire rack. Sprinkle with sifted powdered sugar. Cut into squares.
