1 lb. sausage
3 8-oz packs cream cheese
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes

Directions:
Scrambled sausage, using 1 tbsp. oil if necessary. Drain; then place cream cheese, sausage, and tomatoes in crock pot on medium. Heat until cheese is well melted, stirring occasionally. Turn crock pot down to warm or simmer to keep warm. Serve with tortilla chips.
