1.5 L chicken stock
4-5 cups cubed butternut squash
1 onion chopped
2-3 tsp tex mex seasoning
Salt to taste
1-2 cans diced green chillies
1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
Cooked grilled chicken, sliced into pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Add cubed squash to broth in soup pot, add onions and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until squash softens. Using an immersion blender whip until smooth and creamy. Add tex mex seasoning, salt, chillies, black beans and diced chicken. Simmer for 10-15 mins and serve with tortilla chips or corn bread.
