Filling:
3/4 cup sugar
3 tbsp corn starch
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
4 cups sliced (1/4") fresh rhubarb
2/3 cup chopped pecans
Topping:
1 cup all purpose flour
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
Use your fave pie crust recipe to prepare the base of a 9" pie plate. Combine all filling ingredients and stir well to allow juice of rhubarb to release. Pour into pie plate. For topping combine flour and sugar, cut in butter until crumbly. Top filling and bake in 400 oven for 50-60 mins until topping is golden and filling bubbles around edges.
