Homemade Macaroni and Cheese Recipe

2 cups dry macaroni
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 eggs beaten
1/2 cup sour cream
4 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup milk or evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and drain macaroni according to package directions. Add cheddar cheese while macaroni is still hot. Combine remaining ingredients and add to macaroni. Pour into buttered casserole dish and bake at 350º for 30 to 45 minutes. I like to top this with torn up bread pieces drizzled with melted butter before I bake it.

Everyone likes to pick off all the buttery bread pieces and eat them while waiting for dinner to be ready.We always have peas with this, just because. Mary told me Adam loves this Mac and Cheese.
