3 T. oil
1 chopped onion
2 cloves crushed garlic
3 T. flour
2 T. curry powder
3 chicken breasts, cut into cubes
1 2/3 c. chicken broth
1 T. chopped cilantro
juice of half a lemon
4 T. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in large saucepan. Add onion and garlic, cook until softened. In a bowl, place flour and curry powder and mix together. Toss chicken in flour, coating well. Add chicken to onion and garlic, then cook stirring for 3-4 minutes until lightly browned. Stir in any remaining seasoned flour and cook for a minute. Add stock and bring to a boil, stirring. Cover and simmer for about 15 minutes. Add cilantro and cook for 5 more minutes. Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice and sour cream. Serve over rice.
