4 chicken breasts
1 large onion
2 apples, peeled, sliced, and cut in half
2 T. butter
2T. flour
1 package mushrooms
1 c. chicken broth
8 oz. heavy cream
1/2 tsp. paprika
3 T. curry powder
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in saucepan. Add onion and apples. Cook gently for 1 minute before adding curry powder and paprika. Stir in flour gradually and cook for 1 mintue before adding stock and finally sliced mushrooms. When sauce has thickened, add cream and turn off heat. Butter over dish and lay chicken in it. Season with salt and pepper and pour sauce over. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
