2 lbs. cooked penne or spiral pasta (cooked al dente)
1 Lg. cucumber (diced)
6 Roma Tomatoes (diced)
1 green pepper (diced)
1 red pepper (diced)
2 bunches of green onions (chopped)
2 cans med. whole olives (drained) (if you like them we do not put them in)
3 celery sticks (diced)
1 lb. frozen green peas ( raw from bag)
16-24 oz. ranch dressing (to taste)
1-2-cups mayonnaise
16 oz. grated mozzarella cheese
1 tsp. pepper (to taste)
1 tsp. oregano (to taste)
1 tsp. basil (to taste)
1 tsp celery seed ( to taste)
1/2 tsp. salt
We really love the flavor of these herbs so I add more to suit our taste
8 oz. grated Parmesan cheese "used as topping"

Whisk ranch dressing, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, oregano and basil till well mixed. Blend all of the vegetables with the pasta in a really really big bowl' add grated mozzarella and then the mayo mix. Stir it all together well but be gentle. Taste and add more of anything you feel is lacking. Put in fridge for at least a couple of hours overnight is best the flavors soak into the pasta. mix again, take a last taste to be sure its just right sprinkle the Parmesan cheese on top and it is ready anytime you are.
