3 CUPS BREAD FLOUR
3 TBSP SUGAR
1 1/2 TSP SALT
2 TBSP BUTTER
1 CUP ROOM TEMP MILK
1 EGG BEATEN

FILLING:
2/3 CUP SUGAR
1/2 CUP ALMONDS CHOPPED
3/4 TSP CINNAMON
2 TBSP BUTTER

TOPPING:
1 EGG BEATEN
1TBSP WATER
1/2 CUP SLICED ALMONDS

DOUGH: IMPORTANT STEP
BEAT EGG AND ADD TO MILK MUST MAKE 1 1/3 CUPS ADD MORE MILK TO BRING TO 1 1/3 CUP.

ADD INGREDIENTS IN THE ORDER LISTED ABOVE TO BREAD MACHINE. SET ON DOUGH CYCLE. WHEN DOUGH TURN OUT ONTO FLOURED SURFACE. ROLL OUT TO 24X8 RECTANGLE.

FILLING:
COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS FOR FILLING. SPRINKLE OVER THE DOUGH. ROLL UP TIGHTLY, JELLY ROLL STYLE, FROM LONG SIDE.PLACE ON GREASED ALUMINUM FOIL.

SHAPE INTO A RING AND SEAL THE ENDS TOGETHER.

LET RISE FOR 1 HOUR.

TOPPING;
MIX EGG AND WATER TOGETHER. BRUSH DOUGH AND SPRINKLE WITH SLICED ALMONDS.

BAKE AT 400 DEGREES FOR 15-20 MINUTES.
