3 TSP ACTIVE DRY YEAST
3 CUPS BREAD FLOUR
2 TBSP DRY MILK POWDER
1 1/2 TSP SUGAR
2 TSP SALT
2 TBSP OLIVE OIL
2 TBSP TOMATO PASTE
1 TSP ITALIAN SEASONING
2 TSP MINCED GARLIC
1 1/8 CUP WARM WATER

PUT ALL INGREDIENTS IN BREAD MAKER IN ORDER SHOWN ABOVE. SET TO DOUGH CYCLE. WHEN COMPLETED, TURN OUT TO FLOURED SURFACE AND LET REST 10 MINUTES. FORM INTO DESIRED LOAF. LET RISE FOR 1 HOUR. BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 30 MINUTES. BRUSH WITH EGG WASH EVERY 10 MINUTES DURING BAKING.
