1 Tablespoon oil
1 VERY heaping Tablespoon of Old fashioned Oats
A little bit of chopped garlic
Broth

Directions:
Directions:
Heat the broth, or put water on to boil if you're using a bullion cube or powdered broth. While that is heating, put the oil, oats and garlic in a saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring, until the oats is toasted. By then the water or broth will be boiling, or close to it. Pour the liquid on the toasted oats, let it come to a boil, turn it off and cover until serving time.
You can adjust the amount of oats and garlic you use, depending on how you like it.
