Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 cans of Eagle Brand® sweetened condensed milk
1 graham cracker pie crust
1 small pack of semi-sweet milk chocolate chips
1 small pack of chopped pecans
1 tub of Cool Whip® whipped topping

Directions:
Directions:
Begin by peeling the labels off the cans of milk.

Fill a tall pot about 3/4 full with water. Bring water to a rapid boil. Carefully place both cans (unopened) into the water. Boiling the unopened can makes the caramel filling for the pie. Allow the cans to boil for 4 hours.

Take the cans off the stove and allow them to cool in the water or empty the water out. Wait approximately 10-15 minutes before attempting to open the can.

Once the can is opened, use a spatula to empty the contents into the pie crust. Keep the clear cover for the pie crust, you will use this for the lid.
Carefully spread the caramel into the crust. Allow the caramel to cool another 5-10 minutes.

Lastly, spread the Cool Whip® topping on top of the caramel filling. Using your hands, carefully sprinkle chocolate chips and pecans over the top.
Place the clear lid from the pie crust back on top of the aluminum pie container. Inverting the clear lid will cover the pie and protect the toppings.

Place in freezer for 1 hour before serving. Allow to sit out for around 10 minutes to ensure it is ready to be cut and served.

**Helpful hint: Watch the water level while boiling and make sure it does not drop below the top of the cans. If it does, it may scorch the caramel forming in the cans.
