12 slices of bacon crisp fried and crumbled
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 c. chopped onion
2 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick baking mix
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Grease 10" pie plate or quiche dish. Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion in plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth. (15 seconds in blender or on high for 1 minute with mixer). Pour into plate. Bake 35 to 45 minutes until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

Veggie Quiche - use sautéed peppers with onion and mushrooms if desired. Lay sliced tomatoes on top of quiche and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
