1 mango
2 medium yellow squash
1 bell pepper
Habanero hot sauce (I use my own home made sauce)
Canola oil spray

Directions:
Directions:
Slice the mango and the yellow squash into pieces. I Julienne them into long thing sticks. Slice the bell pepper. Spray a hot frying pan with canola oil spray and saute the red pepper for a few minutes, until soft. Add the squash and continue stir frying for a couple of minutes. Add the mango and stir fry until it is hot through. Add the hot sauce to taste (I usually use a teaspoon of my sauce, but it does make it pretty hot.) Serve immediately.
