1 C. sugar
8 tbsp. flour
8 tbsp. pineapple juice
2 1/2 C. shredded cheese
3-15oz, cans pineapple chunks
1 tube Ritz Crackers
1/2 C. butter
Directions:
Directions:
Blend sugar, flour, pineapple juice and shredded cheese. Put the three cans of pineapple chunks in a baking dish. Pour the sugar mixture over the pineapple chunks. Crush the Ritz Crackers and sprinkle over the mixture. Sprinkle the melted butter over the crackers. Bake at 350º
