6 egg whites (do not beat)
2 cups brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
1 heaping tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 1/2 cups flour
3 cups chopped pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Stir egg whites, brown sugar and white sugar together; then add remaining ingredients. Spoon tsp. size batter balls on to a greased and floured cookie sheet. Bake at 325º for 12-15 minutes.
