1/2 C vegetable oil
3 T fresh lemon juice
2 T white vinegar
2 T honey
3 to 4 cloves minced garlic
salt to taste...try 1/4 t to start
2 C salad mix...bite sized romaine, red cabbage, shredded carrots, etc.
1/2 C chopped green onion
2 T toasted sesame seeds (sesame seeds are much, much cheaper at the Asian market)
1/2 C freshly grated Romano cheese, or Parmesan or even Cotijo

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingred down to the salad mix and whir in the blender. Set aside for flavors to blend...at least 30 minutes. At serving time, combine salad mix and green onions in salad bowl. Whir dressing in blender and pour over salad. Scatter sesame seeds and cheese on top. Toss and remember.

House of Mole was a real Ft. Worth favorite restaurant in the 50's and 60's...and this salad was loved by most folks who ate there. This may or may not be the original recipe...but when you taste it...you feel like it's really close!!!!
