1 c. uncooked regular white rice
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
3 c. water
1 c. chicken broth
About 6 pork chops or chicken breasts
Pepper, to taste
Directions:
Directions:
Mix rice, soup, soup mix, water and broth together and place in a large baking dish. Place meat on top. Sprinkle with pepper. Bake at 350º for 1 1/2 hours.
