1 shallot, quartered
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp. Dijon Mustard
2 tbsp. sugar
1/8 tsp.salt
pinch of white pepper
1/2 C. champagne vinegar
1 1/2 C. canola oil

Directions:
Directions:
Process the shallot and garlic in a blender until minced. Add mustard, sugar, salt, pepper and vinegar. Process to combine. While blending, add the oil in a slow stream. Can be refrigerated
