2 pkg. orange Jello
2 c. boiling water
2 c. mixed pineapple and apricot juice
1 large can apricots, mashed
1 large can diced pineapple
10 cut marshmallows
1/2 c. sugar
2 T. flour (heaping)
1 beaten egg
2 T. butter
1 c. whipped topping
1/2 c. grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve Jello in boiling water.
Add 1 C. of juice, apricots, pineapple and marshmallows and chill.
Cook 1 C. of juice, sugar, egg and butter until thick.
When cool, add 1 C. whipped topping.
Spread over firm jello and sprinkle with grated cheese.
