French Bread or small Individual Hero Rolls

1 lb. Deli Roast Beef
8 oz. mozzarella cheese
garlic powder
oregano
butter or margarine for spreading on bread
au jus gravy

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cut bread in half lengthwise. Melt butter and spread with pastry brush onto bread. Sprinkle garlic powder and oregano. Broil till toasted.

2. Add to one side: sliced roast beef. Sprinkle mozzarella onto both sides of bread. Return to broiler long enough to melt cheese and remove immediately.

3. Serve warmed au jus gravy in individual bowls on plate that has portion of sandwich, cut diagonally.
