Ingredients:  
8 red or white potatoes, sliced (parboil until semi soft)
(Do not use Idaho potatoes.)
1 can of condensed milk
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 lb of Velveeta (diced)
salt & pepper
cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
Spray a glass pan so the potatoes won't stick.
Drain potatoes, then put into dish.
Add canned milk & Velveeta.
Season with salt & pepper.
Cover with foil and bake on 350º for 30 minutes.
Uncover and bake for another 15 minutes.
