1 Box of Uncle Ben's Long Grain and Wild Rice
1-2 Lbs. of cooked Shredded Chicken
2 Cans Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
8oz. Sour Cream
1/4 C. Slivered Almonds
1 Sleeve of Ritz Crackers
1/2-1 stick of Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook Rice according to package directions and spread on bottom of greased casserole dish. In a Large Mixing Bowl, combine chicken, soup, sour cream, and almonds. Spread on top of rice in casserole dish. In another bowl, melt the butter and add crunched cracker in butter. Sprinkle evenly on top of the casserole.

Bake of 350 for 45 min
