1 can purple hull peas, rinsed and drained
1 can black-eyed peas, rinsed and drained
1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 can white corn, drained well
1 can yellow corn, drained well
2 medium red onions, diced small
1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced
4 tomatoes, diced
1 bunch cilantro, leaves only (pick off stems), chopped finely
1 (8 oz.) bottle Catalina salad dressing
1 (8 oz.) bottle Italian salad dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and let set at least one day for the flavors to mix well. Serve with Tortilla chips. Makes enough for a crowd and everyone loves it!
