2 c. Bisquick
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 lb. ground sausage, uncooked
1 Tbs. minced onion
2 Tbs. milk
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. pepper
2 Tbs. dried parsley
1 tsp. oregano
1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce

Mix all ingredients together. Roll into small balls. Bake at 350º for 23-30 minutes. Delicious!

You can use sausage flavored to your taste. I'm partial to hot and spicy. These can be made ahead and frozen, too. Nathan Roy recommends the RB Rice sausage. He said he got the recipe from Aunt Karen (Scheurer Clark) who is Curtis' mom!
