2 whole chicken breasts, boned and skinned
2 T. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 T. dry sherry
1 c. cashews
2 T. oil
1 T. Hoisin sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cube the chicken breasts. In a medium bowl, mix together soy sauce sugar and sherry. Marinate the chicken pieces in this.
Meanwhile, Stir fry the cashews in hot oil until toasted. Remove with a slotted spoon to paper towels to drain.
Stir fry chicken and sauce for 2-3 minutes or unitl cooked through. Stir in cahsews and Hoisin sauce.
