1 Bag Frozen Southwest Corn
1 Rotisserie Chicken - de-boned
1 t poultry seasoning
1 t cumin
3 cloves garlic or 1 1/2 t minced
1 chipotle in adobo peppers
1 can diced tomatoes (28 oz.)
1 can tomato sauce (12-16 oz.)
4 c chicken stock
1 can black beans

In crockpot combine all ingredients and simmer

Top with grated Mexican cheese and crushed tortilla chips
