1 container frozen chopped spinach (defrosted, and liquid squeezed/drained)
1 cup reduced fat mayo (and possibly more- add to preferred consistency)
1 bag 2% shredded cheddar/jack cheese
1 can artichoke hearts (quartered, halved or whole) (drained and chopped)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Mix mayo, spinach, artichokes, and ½ bag of cheese.
Transfer mixture to baking dish, top with remaining cheese. Bake until cheese is melted.
