9" pie crust
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
3 c. milk
3 egg yolks
2 T butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 or 3 bananas
Meringue or whipped topping

Directions:
Directions:
Bake pie crust at 425º for 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Combine sugar flour and salt in a saucepan. Stir in milk. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thick. Add yolks and stir for 3 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in butter and vanilla. Cool for 15 minutes. Cut bananas and put in shell. Pour custard over bananas. Top with meringue or whipped topping. Chill. If you make a meringue bake for 5 minutes or until meringue browns lightly.
