2 cups Self rising flour (plus some to sprinkle on surface)
1 tbsp lard or butter
1 cup milk

Add Garlic or cheese (optional)

Butter for after biscuits are baked!

Directions:
Directions:
Put flour in bowl. Cut in butter with fork.
Add milk until sticky dough forms.
Sprinkle flour on counter and place dough.
Sprinkle flour on top of dough and knead in dry flour till no longer sticky.

Roll out (not too thin) and cut biscuit with large glass or round cookie cutter.
Ace on 9x13 cookie sheet and bake at 350º for approx 20 min or until smells good
and looks cooked (top is usually slightly browned).

Butter biscuits and plate!

Best homemade biscuits are the ones that are fluffy & rise.
