3 CUPS FLOUR
2 CUPS SUGAR
1 CUP VEG OIL
3 EGGS
1 TSP VANILLA
1 TSP BAKING SODA
1 TSP CINNAMON
4 CUPS PEELED APPLES THINLY SLICED
1/8 TSP LEMON

GLAZE:
1 CUP PACKED BROWN SUGAR
1 STICK BUTTER
1/4 CUP MILK

Directions:
MIX APPLES AND LEMON AND SET ASIDE. MIX ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT APPLES, MIX TILL SMOOTH, REMOVE FROM MIXER AND ADD APPLES, LEMON MIXTURE TO BATTER AND MIX BY HAND TILL WELL INCORPERATED. POUR INTO GREASED 9X13. BAKE 1 HOUR AT 350 DEGREES.

GLAZE:
MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER AND HEAT UNTIL MIXTURE COMES TO S SLOW BOIL. POUR OVER HOT CAKE.
