1/2 CUP BUTTER
1 EGG
1/2 TSP VANILLA
1 1/2 CUP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
1/4 TSP BAKING SODA
1/4 TSP SALT
1/4 TSP CREAM OF TARTAR
2 TBSP CINNAMON
2 TBSP SUGAR

CREAM 3/4 CUP SUGAR WITH EGG, AND VANILLA. THEN ADD FLOUR, BAKING SODA, SALT AND CREAM OF TARTAR. MAKE SMALL BALLS OF MIXTURE AND ROLL IN CINNAMON SUGAR MIX.
BAKE 8-10 MINUTES AT 375 DEGREES
