CAKE:
1 Yellow Cake Mix
1 C. Pumpkin Puree’
1/3 C. Water
1/4 C. Oil
3 Eggs
1/2 t. Cloves...
1/2 t. Cinnamon

FILLING:
1 Box Instant Vanilla Pudding
1 1/3 C. Milk
Remaining Can of Pureed Pumpkin
1/4 t. Cloves

FROSTING:
1 8 oz. Block Cream Cheese
1 1/2 C. Powdered Sugar
3 T. Margarine or Butter
1/4 t. Cinnamon
1/2 C. Chopped Pecans or Walnuts (Optional)

CAKE:
Mix cake mix, pumpkin, water, oil, eggs, cloves, & cinnamon well. Pour into 13 x 9 inch greased pan. Bake @ 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean or springs back when touched in the center. Allow cake to cool. Poke holes in cake w/handle of wooden spoon.
FILLING:
Mix dry pudding mix, milk, remaining pumpkin, & cloves well. Spread onto cake. Refrigerate.
FROSTING:
Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, butter or margarine & 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon well. Pour over top of cake & spread evenly. Top w/chopped nuts if desired. Refrigerate until serving time. This should taste just like a pumpkin roll, only easier, & in a cake form.
