1 small pkg broccoli (frozen)
1/2 cup mayonnaise (Hellmann or Kraft)
2 tsp.onion (minced)
1 egg (beaten)
1/2 cup cheese (grated Longhorn Colby or cheddar)
3/4 - 1 sleeve Ritz bread crumbs or equivalent
1/2 can cream of chicken soup
Butter (approx 3 - 4 tablespoons)

Cook 1 small pkg. frozen broccoli as directed on wrapper; drain & chop. To broccoli, add 1/2 can undiluted cream of chicken soup, 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 2 tsp. minced onion, 1 beaten egg, 1/2 cup grated longhorn or cheddar cheese. Mix and heat over low heat until blended. Put into greased casserole and top with crushed Ritz crackers, or any bread crumbs. Add dabs of butter on top of chips and bake in preheated 350º oven for about 25 minutes or until set and bread crumbs golden brown.
