1 Cup whole almond
1 Cup dried cherries
1 Cup dates

Directions:

Mix all ingredients in food processor. This will take at least two minutes. The dough will form a ball in the processor. ( much like dough ). Put on a flat service like a cutting board with Saran on it. Spread into a square whatever thickness you want your bar. Chill for a couple hours and slice into squares. Wrap individually in Saran...just makes it easier to grab.

You can change up your fruit but I tried walnuts for a friend who can't eat almonds but there was so much oil from the nuts it was not pleasant.
I always double because we seem to go thru them pretty quickly!
