3 LBS VARIETY APPLES, PEELED, CORED AND THINLY SLICED
3 CUPS SUGAR
2 TSP CINNAMON
1 TSP NUTMEG
1/2 TSP ALLSPICE
1/2 TSP CLOVES
1 CAN FROZEN APPLE JUICE CONCENTRATE
DASH OF SALT

FILL CROCK POT 3/4 FULL WITH APPLES. ADD TEH REMAINING INGREDIENTS AND STIR UNTIL MIXED. COVER AND COOK ON LOW SETTING OVERNIGHT. APPLE BUTTER SHOULD BE THICK. IF TO LIQUID UNCOVER AND COOK ON HIGH UNTIL THICKENED. STIR OFTEN TO PREVENT SCORCHING.
