3 PKG CREAM CHEESE (8 OZ EACH)
3 EGGS
1 CUP SUGAR
3 TBSP FLOUR
2 TBSP LEMON JUICE
1/2 TSP VANILLA
1 PKG SOUR CREAM

CRUST:
1 PKG GRAHAM CRACKER CRUMBS
1 CUP SUGAR
3 TSP BUTTER

Directions:
COMBINE ALL THE CRUST INGREDIENTS TOGETHER AND PRESS INTO SPRING FORM PAN. BAKE IN 450 DEGREE OVEN FOR 10 MINUTES.

MIX ALL THE INGREDIENTS TOGETHER UNTIL COMPLETELY FLUFFY. POUR OVER CRUST MIX AND BAKE AT 450 FOR 10 MINUTES, THEN REDUCE HEAT TO 250 DEGREES AND BAKE FOR 30 MINUTES.
