½ c. margarine
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 ½ c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
3 very ripe bananas
1 tsp. vanilla
Chocolate chips

Directions:

Blend margarine and eggs.

Add in the dry ingredients.

Mix in the bananas and vanilla.

Add chocolate chips.

Pour into loaf pans and bake at 325º for 50 minutes.

I always think of my mom, may she rest in peace, when I make this. She used to make it every Friday intending it to be for Shabbos, but by the time we'd light candles that night, we'd all eaten every last bite of it. It's sooo good right out of the oven.
