1/4 TSP SALT
2 CUPS MARSHMALLOW CREME, 7OZ
1/2 CUP SHORTENING
1/3 CUP POWDERED SUGAR
1/2 TSP VANILLA
1-2 DROPS LEMON

COMBINE SALT WITH HOT WATER, STIR UNTIL COMPLETELY DISSOLVED. SET ASIDE TO COOL.

COMBINE MARSHMALLOW, SHORTENING, AND POWDERED SUGAR
MIX WELL UNTIL LIGHT AND FLUFFY.

ADD THE SALT WATER TO THE FILLING MIX, WHIP WELL FILL CUPCAKES AND TWINKIES
