2 TBSP course sea salt
2 TBSP garlic powder
1 TBSP onion powder
1 TBSP large grind black pepper
1 TBSP cayenne pepper
1 TBSP dried oregano
1 TBSP dried thyme

Mix all together and keep in an air tight jar. Use as a dry rub for barbecued meat and poultry, super on ribs. Or mix on meat with a little olive oil.
