1 1/2 cups sugar
6 TBSP coco powder
1 1/2 tsp Baking soda
1/4 tsp salt

1 1/2 cup water
1/2 cup oil
1 1/2 TBSP Vinegar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla

3/4 cup chopped walnuts for topping.

Filling
12 oz cream cheese, room temperature
9 oz chocolate chips
1 egg

Preheat oven to 350. Mix dry ingredients (1st 5) in a mixing bowl, make a well in the middle. Add next 4 ingredients into the well. Whisk starting in the center and mix in with the dry. Fill paper lined cupcake tins a little more than 1/2 full. Mix cream cheese filling, and drop 1 TBSP in the center of each cup cake. Sprinkle with chopped nuts and bake 25 minutes.

Personal Notes: These do not need a frosting, if you choose to frost, put the nuts in the batter or on top of the frosting. When my friend made these it was close to Halloween and she added orange food coloring to the cream cheese.
