1- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 large onion, sliced
200-300 gm. mushrooms, sliced
1 or 2 cans beef broth
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
sour cream
1 package medium noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and onion in a little oil. Drain.
Return to skillet and add the mushrooms and fry.
Add the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce and simmer for about 30 minutes.
While the meat is simmering, cook the noodles according to package directions and drain.
Add meat to noodles and add sour cream to taste and reheat slowly and serve.

This is my version of Stroganoff Hamburger Helper. It's and quick and tastes good!
You could add some chopped parsley so it looks nice.
