2lbs stew meat
5-6 potatoes
5 carrots
1-2 onions
4-5 stalks celery
turnip
3-4 cloves chopped garlic
1 can mushroom soup
1 pkg. onion soup mix
2 sachets beef bouillon
2 cups gingerale

Directions:
Directions:
Brown stew meat with chopped garlic. Layer browned stew meat on botton of roaster, then add veggies, spread mushroom soup on top of veggies. Add beef bouillon, onion soup mix and gingerale. Salt & pepper to taste. Cover and DO NOT MIX. Bake in 300 degrees oven for 3 - 4 hours.
